Tony Moly Luminous Goddess Aura Beam Review

Tony Moly is one of the best Korean beauty brands that is out there with the most cutest packaging ever!. Many of use have lusted to try out many of the Korean Beauty brands which  unlucky for us we it was so hard to purchase here in the US. Makeup enthusiasts would have to resort to online shopping which sometimes could take several weeks to receive from over seas. Well dolls Korean Beauty has finally hit the US shelves and Tony Moly is now being sold here in the USA and you can easily purchase Tony Moly at Sephora in store or online. Sephora offers an array of Tony Moly products from their famous face masks, hand creams, lip products, and complexion products. I have been testing out a few of these items out and I have a review on Tony Moly's Luminous Goddess Aura Beam and an amazing lip treatment to hydrate my lips from this harsh colder weather.

Editor Press Samples: Even Though Tony Moly is high performing and you get amazing results they are fairly affordable which in my Beauty on A Budget Book is A O.K. with me! I am so happy that finally we can finally purchase Korean Beauty Products here in the US it has become a big trend this year and I am glad we all can ride the bandwagon if you have been dying to get some K-beauty in your life!

I have heard about the Luminous Goddess Aura Beam Highlighter and range for quite sometime now through the blogs and the Youtube videos. But most of the reviews has been in different languages so it was kinda hard to get a feel of the the full thoughts on the product itself. So when I was offered to try this product I was like YES CHILI PLEASE!!

Claims:
Tony Moly’s multitasking Luminous Goddess Aura Beam creates a luminous glow with its real pearl powder. Enriched with collagen and natural oils that are known for their anti aging and hydrating benefits, it can be used alone or mixed with your foundation. Perfect for every skin tone, this powder nourishes skin with argan, almond, and jojoba natural oils and extracts.

The packaging is light weight and when I say light weight I really mean LIGHT WEIGHT! It felt like nothing was in the bottle when I first opened it.
Tony Moly is known for their very cute figurine packaging so when I saw this I thought very cute and girlish not the typical packaging but this works for this particular product. The pink bottom is the cap that you twist off  and once that is off you have a squeeze tube with a small eye dropper type top. Best way I can describe it lol.

At first I was like huh? I just didn't picture the tip of the product that disperses the product to look like that, but there was a method to TM's madness. It disperses the perfect amount of product you need for each use. This will prevent you from going a little too Cray- Cray with the product, if you use too much  you are basically going to look like a hot mess like I did.  Which will look like you took Crisco, melted butter and mixed it into a boil and lathered it all over you face.

There are 2 ways you can use this product first way is for the better lack of the term in using this for strobing and having that radiant perfected glow from within. While providing anti-aging and key ingredients to help nourish your skin.

I personally feel that this is the best way to use this product out of the two ways you can use it. Because it takes your BB cream and foundation to a whole other level, the product has a thick gel based consistency that also has a slight stickiness to it that causes you foundation to adhere to your skin for a longer wear time while not clinging on to any problematic features. Even though it has a slight pinkish tint, it does not translate or cause your foundation or BB cream to have more of a pink undertone. Because when you sheer it out it by itself it turns into more of a clear dewy- wet highlighter. It does have some flex of shimmer but not any crazy glitter that you are going to look like a Crisco Disco ball unless you use a lot. So stick to the 1 squeeze and you will be good.

The other way to use this product is your standard highlighter type of way, add a few dabs on the tops of the cheeks, bridge of your nose basically anywhere you highlight. But it works best when  you dab with a beauty blender or if your using a brush make sure it's a stipple brush and just dab don't blend it in circular motions because it can disrupt your foundation.

For me personally I prefer to use this product mixed into my foundation or BB cream because it just gives my complexion a boost of freshed face radiant perfection. And feels slightly refreshing at the same time, it's hard to explain it doesn't tingle or anything like that just adds a nice coolness to your skin.

Next up I have been testing out the Bbo Bbo Lip Balm in Honey which comes in the cutest metallic red lip packaging.

This lip balm has honey extract and vitamin E that helps nourish and moisturize your lips without having a heavy perfume scent or taste. I suffer from horrible chapped lips in the Fall and Winter season and this has been saving my lips. It doesn't have any tint to it just adds a nice sheen to your lips. You can use this before or after applying any long wearing lipsticks and your lips will not get chapped, dried out, or lipstick seeping into any crevices your lips might have.  I like to lather this on my lips every night before I go to bed and when I wake up my lips have been kissed by an angel lol they feel soft to the touch, moisturized, and definitely no chappy chapped lips. I find this better than any EOS lip balm or any other lip balms I have tried out in the past. This really does the trick and then some!
