MeMebox is a Asian beauty site that offers Asian/ Kpop inspired boxes that surrounds makeup, skin care, and any beauty products you can think from the Eastern markets that can be purchased here in the USA. They also sell products outside of their beauty boxes from the famous Asian brands like Tony Moly, Etude House, Too Cool for School, Holika Holika, and many more for us dolls in the USA who would give their left arm to try. Memebox has been doing alot of makeup collections of their own as well in collaborations with famous Asian Beauty Bloggers and Vloggers. One of their latest launches is matte lipsticks that range of different shades of Pantone's color of the Year Marsala.
Editor Press Samples: Liquid lipsticks especially matte lipsticks are hot of the trending press! Every single makeup brand out there is coming out with their own version of matte liquid lipsticks. So when Memebox sent me these I was all for it because I was curious to see how the Eastern Market matte liquid lipsticks would be compared to the Western Markets.
The packaging is black and gold with the 3D effect of the lettering on the lipstick tube. For precise application the small pointy doe foot applicator will give you the capability to line and color in the lipstick color with one easy swoop.
The texture and consistency is not your normal liquid lipstick texture that we are accustomed to these feel very airy and mousse like on the lips, while being moisturizing on the lips and do not cause cracks or dryness on the lip area. So you will not have to prep your lips or post treat your lips after each use.
After the initial application they have a satin finish but after 15 seconds the lipstick itself dries to a velvet satin matte. As you can see in the second lip swatch these look gorgeous and no dry crack lips!
Swatches of the 3 shades that I received in the different ranges of the Marsala shade and I love all 3 but my top top 2 is Number 3 and 2 I love 2 more for that nude with a red under tone. Each of these shades will fit any eye look your trying to achieve and will look great on all skintones.
Well dolls, do these differ from the Western Market liquid lipsticks in my personal opinion YES, I love these alot more than others in my collection in the way they feel and look on the lips.
